RULES

1.     A player shall not participate in more than one tournament using a Traditional Draw during the same period, except when two events overlap by not more than two days, and then only with the prior written permission of the organisers of each event.  Should a player submit entries to more than one tournament, match or competition overlapping by more than two days, he shall withdraw from all but one before the closing date for entries in each such event.
Events using a Progressive Draw may constitute an exception to this regulation, but prior permission shall be obtained from the organisers of each tournament, and the requirements of a traditional event shall take precedence.  If representing his Country, County or Area, enter a Tournament in an overlapping period only if his Ranking/Rating is such that he would not be required to play until the representative event is completed.  Such entry would be accepted at the discretion of the Tournament Committee and in accordance with Appendix B 1.1.2
If a player, placed on the reserve list of a tournament (with the exception of the National Junior Championships), has entered another tournament in the same period, he shall withdraw from the reserve list or from the other tournament before the draw for that tournament (or his section of the tournament) has been made.  Any player contravening this regulation shall be liable to disciplinary action by the Council
If a player is eliminated from all events of a tournament, he is then free to submit an application to enter a concurrent tournament - LTA Tournament Regulation Rule 2.5.8
